Hi. I'm Robin Dindayal.

(Don't worry, nobody knows how to say my last name!)

I am the Head of Product at Inbenta, a leading provider of solutions leveraging Conversational AI and Generative AI technologies that let businesses seamlessly engage with their customers, and a well respected leader with experience across many operational areas in enterprise B2B SaaS software environments, including product management, operations and engineering.

Prior to joining Inbenta via the acquisition of Horizn, I was the CPO (Chief Product Officer) / COO (Chief Operating Officer) at Horizn (Horizon Studios) where I led the development of the Horizn platform and growth of the Product, Engineering and Operations teams. Horizn was a leading FinTech that helped financial institutions globally get ready for the digital customer in an environment where digital transformation is the norm.

Prior to joining Horizn, I successfully led product management activities for Intelex Technologies (leading provider of health and safety software) and Awareness Inc. (leading provider of social media and digital marketing solutions). Before that, Robin held senior positions in account services, client services, sales and engineering at Syncapse Corp. and Awareness Inc..

VP, Product Management at Intelex

Was responsible for market analysis, product strategy, business planning, new product design and development, launch plans, enhancement management and planning, product communication, channel support, knowledge transfers and departmental growth.

Grew the product management team from a small group of business analysts responsible only for product design, to a team of 13 with dramatically increased responsibilities (scrum product ownership, knowledge transfers, channel support, product communication, etc.).

Introduced and formalized agile software development methodologies, including the formation of 6 cross functional scrum teams responsible for numerous product lines.

Productized the recently launched version 6 of the Intelex platform by focusing the product roadmap on increased usability and quality, readying it for mass adoption.

Launched over 35 standard applications for use by clients on the Intelex platform (only 5 were launched prior to my arrival), dramatically increasing software revenue and decreasing effort required to deliver solutions.

Initiated numerous internal projects to streamline business processes, build knowledge bases and increase collaboration between departments.

Was a key member of executive team and chair of numerous high-profile cross departmental committees.
