Was responsible for market analysis, product strategy, business planning, new product design and development, launch plans, enhancement management and planning, product communication, channel support, knowledge transfers and departmental growth.
Grew the product management team from a small group of business analysts responsible only for product design, to a team of 13 with dramatically increased responsibilities (scrum product ownership, knowledge transfers, channel support, product communication, etc.).
Introduced and formalized agile software development methodologies, including the formation of 6 cross functional scrum teams responsible for numerous product lines.
Productized the recently launched version 6 of the Intelex platform by focusing the product roadmap on increased usability and quality, readying it for mass adoption.
Launched over 35 standard applications for use by clients on the Intelex platform (only 5 were launched prior to my arrival), dramatically increasing software revenue and decreasing effort required to deliver solutions.
Initiated numerous internal projects to streamline business processes, build knowledge bases and increase collaboration between departments.
Was a key member of executive team and chair of numerous high-profile cross departmental committees.
