My Professional Background

I have a solid track record of leadership and achievement as a client services, business development, and engineering professional in the Social Media space.

Prior to re-joining Awareness Inc., I successfully led the deployment of major online communities for RIM and T-Mobile while at Syncapse Corp.. These communities were built on the Jive and Facebook platforms respectively.

Before that, I held various positions at Awareness Inc. including Director of Client Strategy and Success, Director of Implementation Services, Solutions Specialist and Manager of Product Development. In each role I worked closely with large corporations and interactive agencies to roll out the Awareness Social Media Platform. Some of my clients included Fairmont, AIR MILES, Weight Watchers, Staples, Edelman Digital and Sapient Interactive.

My Academic Background

In 2003 I graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics in Honours Computer Science and a Minor in Psychology.
